1. Amino acid analysis with pre- and post- column derivatization.

2. Reverse Phase HPLC for proteins and peptides.

3. Liquid chromatography for protein purification.

3. 2-Dimensional Electrophoresis by IPG- SDS PAGE.

4. Circular Dichroism spectropolarimeter for evaluation the second structure of proteins.

Study of the in vivo and in vitro effects of Lithium Chloride on the human polymorphonuclears (PMNs) by chemoluminometery measurement of the oxidative burst and evaluation of the PMNs’ killing index.

Current Research Projects

1.    Protein mapping of Promastigote and Amastigote Forms of Leishmania Major by Two Dimensional Electrophoresis.

2.    Two Dimensional Electrophoresis Protein Mapping of BHK Cells Before and After Infection by Rabies Virus.

3.    Determining new auto-antibodies in sera of patients with autoimmune hepatitis type I using two-dimensional electrophoresis protein profile of Hep-2 cells. (In collaboration with research center of gastroenterology and liver transplantation)

4.    Evaluation a standard analytical assay method for a synthetic analogue of gonadotropin-releasing hormone.

5.    Identifying the Monooxygenase Activity in the Bacteria sample “RIPI-F”: Purification and characterization of the enzyme. (In collaboration with Research Institute of Petroleum Industry)
